Who you are dealing with Bali Buda Ubud runs this site and is the business you are dealing with, Bali.

What we offer We offer what is described on these pages. Where a service, a dish or a product is listed, the description is what we intend it to be — the details can change, and the page is kept up to date as they do.

Prices Prices are the ones shown on the page at the time you look at them, in the currency shown. Where a price can change — with a season, a size or an option — the page says so. If a price on the page is wrong, we will tell you before anything is charged.

Bookings A booking is made when you send one and is confirmed when we confirm it. If you need to change or cancel it, tell us as early as you can — a booking somebody else could have used is the one thing we cannot get back.

Using this site The words and the photographs on these pages are ours and are here so you can see what we do. You are welcome to read them, to send somebody a link to them and to print a page for yourself. Putting them on another business's website is the one thing we ask you not to do. Where a page links somewhere else — a map, an account on another site, somebody we work with — that place has its own rules and we do not decide what it says.

Changes to these pages What is written here is how we work today. If that changes, this page changes with it, and the version in front of you is the one that applies. What we will not do is change it to take back something you have already booked, ordered or paid for: whatever was on the page on the day you agreed to it is what you agreed to.

If something is wrong If something is not right, tell us. We would rather hear it and put it right than have you leave unhappy. Nothing here takes away any right the law gives you as a customer. Tell us in whatever way is easiest for you, as soon as you notice it — every way of reaching us on this site arrives with the same people.

The law that applies This site and anything you agree to on it are governed by the law of ID.
